Hotel Cleveland, an Autograph Collection by Marriott - Coming in 2024

Formerly Renaissance Cleveland

Hotel Cleveland opened its doors in 1918 and has been welcoming guests ever since. Currently operating as Renaissance Cleveland, the property is undergoing a total renovation and rebranding as an Autograph Collection hotel by Marriott upon completion in spring 2024. Exactly like nothing else, the new Hotel Cleveland will bring its storied past into the present.

Hotel Cleveland features 491 guest rooms including 50 suites, an expansive lobby with a sophisticated atmosphere, 2 new restaurants and 59,000 square feet of meeting space. Highlights include 3 ballrooms, including the largest Marriott ballroom in the state of Ohio, and over 20 additional meeting spaces.

The new hotel will feature Maker, an upscale restaurant and lounge focusing on shareable dishes and show-stopping cocktails. Maker will be centered around authentic recipes with a Cleveland twist. With décor that is both curated and eclectic, the location is in the heart of the hotel, accessible to all and overlooking Public Square.

Mowrey's will be open for breakfast and brunch and offers private dining and event space. It is named after Mowrey's Tavern, the name of the first bar and lodging house that sat on this site in 1815.
